1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders on personalisedsantavideo.co.uk. The provider is SUN MEDIA BRANDS LLC, see the imprint for the address.

2. What you get

We create a personalized animated video with a message from Santa based on your answers. The preview is free. After payment the full video is available through a personal link for at least twelve months.

3. Prices and payment

The price shown at checkout applies. You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or bank transfer. With a bank transfer the video unlocks once the payment has arrived.

4. Cancellation

The video is digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium. Where a statutory right to cancel applies, it ends once we start supplying the video with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right to cancel. You give this consent when you buy.

If anything is wrong with your video, write to [email protected] and we will put it right.

5. Your answers

You confirm that you are entitled to provide the answers and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
